How billing works

  1. Monthly cycle: Billing runs on the 1st.
  2. Tiered rate: Your employee count determines your current volume band.
  3. Invoice: You receive an itemized invoice and receipt to your billing email.
  4. Adjustments: Roster changes made on or before the 23rd take effect for the next cycle.
  5. Support: We handle employee support and member questions end-to-end.
